For those who are new to Rugby

Lack of experience is not a problem. Your coaches and teammates will go out of their way to teach you the skills you will need. After participating in controlled practices you will be eased into the action at a pace you are comfortable with.

Coaching

Experienced, USA Rugby Certified Coaches will closely monitor your progress and provide supportive practice sessions and personal support to help you reach your goals.

Social Functions

You will be a full member of the Princeton Athletic Club and welcomed at all post match parties, including the annual: Awards Banquet, Hall of Fame Induction and Barbecue.

Tours, Tournaments, and Travel

Those who are interested in travel will not go wanting when involved in rugby. The Club usually goes on Tour each year. In recent years we have traveled to Austin, Savannah, Argentina, San Diego, Montana, Las Vegas, Ireland, Scotland, and New Orleans.

Fraternal Atmosphere

Rugby is truly a fraternity. You will make friends who you will cherish for the rest of your life. It is a proven fact that when you need a helping hand you can count on your mates.

A rugby player is unwilling to be a "former athlete" at an early age. The inability to play college or professional sports is not enough reason for a rugby player to accept old age or immobility. A rugby player enjoys training, being fit, and competing with and against others who accept only the best from themselves. Rugby players know the average man doesn't reach physical maturity and ability until around the age of 28. He enjoys realizing his potential rather than wondering about it.
