PAC Rugby Names D2 & D3 Head Coaches:
As you may know, at the end of the fall season Coach Rich “Spalding” stepped down as our head coach. A devoted father of two and head coach of the Bridgewater H.S. team, much of his free time was already spoken for. We are extremely thankful for his leadership and we wish him and the boys all the best in the upcoming Bridgewater season.
In his place, the E.C. has nominated Jason "Jay" DelGrosso to step in as head coach. He's played rugby for the last fifteen years, been a PAC member for ten years and is USA Rugby 300 Level Certified. He's also coached Rugby teams at both the H.S. level (Bridgewater) and the collegiate level (Seton Hall), and he’s truly excited for the upcoming season.
While he's focused on improving both individual skills and team play, he's also keen to organize more social outings and mini tours for the team, as well as recruiting events and increase fundraising. Along with Assistant Coach Tom Kromp and all of the veterans, he looks forward to making this an environment that we all really enjoy. If you have any questions, concerns please feel free to contact him via email at Jason.firstname.lastname@example.org.
